Social Activists honoured on World Human Rights Day

RNS: Synchronizing with the worldwide celebration of World Human Rights Day. National Human Rights and Crime Control Commission – a premier non-government organization organized a felicitation ceremony at Hazaribagh.
Over dozen of the social activists including members of the organization were honored by the distinguished guests for their outstanding contribution in the social sector, and for distributing food, masks, and sanitizers to the needy during the Coronavirus pandemic period and lockdown.
The program was held under the leadership of Rajesh Ratan the National President of the organization. Renowned social worker Tapas Chakraborty was the chief guest of the program.
Dr. Ashok Mandal, Head of the Department of History, Vinoba Bhave University and VK Pandey, Principal Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya were the distinguished guest on the occasion.
High Court advocates Manisha Verma, Urmila Kumari and Rashmi Kumari from Vinoba Bhave University also encouraged the members during the programme.
The members of the organization from Bokaro district, Pintu Ram, Sunita Jaiswal, Jai Prakash Prasad, Tarun Kumar, Dhananjay Kumar, Ravi Shrivastava, Deepak Kumar, Santosh Kumar, Krishna Devi, Rakhi Chaudhary, Sudhira Devi, Pratish Tirkey including others were present during the programme.
