New Delhi: Two sisters, Anushka Aggarwal, and Gunjan Aggarwal studying in class 11th and 9th, resident of Faridabad will represent India at European Girls Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) 2021.
This is the first time India will send a team of four members to represent India at the Global platform. Identifying the need to prepare students and provide them the proper study tools for the Olympiad, Vedantu, a pioneer in LIVE online learning, has launched Vedantu Olympiad Litmus Test (VOLT)- a LIVE online learning platform to crack International Olympiad. VOLT has been used as a platform to mentor and helps students compete in such prestigious competitive platforms.
Olympiad is a competitive exam held by several independent organizations to improve their aptitude, reasoning, analytical and competitive spirit. This year, India’s top brains are all set to represent India internationally at the EGMO (European Girls Mathematical Olympiad), said a Public Relations official.
Anand Prakash, Co-founder, and Head of Academics says, having dreams is one thing but taking action to implement those dreams into reality is another. “We are proud and honored to see sisters Anushka and Gunjan Aggarwal as part of the prestigious European Girls Mathematical Olympiad for Children,” he added.

Anushka Aggarwal is preparing for the JEE entrance at Vedantu has already won a Bronze medal at the EGMO and with her experience, she will be able to strategize and mentor other team members to assure a gold for the country.
The European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad is an international mathematics competition similar to the International Mathematical Olympiad, with two papers taken on consecutive days. Participating countries send teams consisting of four female mathematicians of school age.
