‘Akashteer’: India’s Indigenous AI War-Cloud Dominates Skies, Neutralizes All Pakistani Aerial Threats

New Delhi: In a major leap for indigenous defence technology, India’s AI-driven air defence system Akashteer successfully intercepted and neutralized every aerial threat launched by Pakistan, including drones, missiles, micro UAVs, and loitering munitions—ensuring no breach of Indian airspace.

Developed entirely with domestic resources and without reliance on foreign components or satellite networks, Akashteer is being hailed as the world’s first fully operational AI-based war-cloud. Its real-time autonomous interception capability marks a transformative shift in modern warfare.

While Pakistan deployed advanced systems such as the Chinese-origin HQ-9 and HQ-16 in its air defence effort, these platforms reportedly failed to detect or engage Indian projectiles effectively, resulting in considerable strategic and tactical setbacks.

In contrast, Akashteer provided India with a unified and real-time air picture across command centers, radar stations, and air defence units. Its integrated network of radars, sensors, and communication modules enabled seamless coordination and rapid threat response across the theatre of operations.

Defence analysts suggest this breakthrough signifies India’s arrival as a technologically self-reliant military power, capable of executing AI-led combat operations with precision and autonomy.
