Top Maoist Commander Madvi Hidma Killed in Andhra Pradesh Encounter

Most-wanted Maoist commander Madvi Hidma was killed in a pre-dawn encounter in Andhra Pradesh’s Alluri Sitharamaraju district. Six Maoists, including Hidma, died in the Maredumilli forest gunfight as security forces launched a major combing operation near the AP–Chhattisgarh–Telangana tri-junction.
