Poet Achyutanand Mishra Warns Against the Destructive Power of Hatred

Bokaro: The Janwadi Lekhak Sangh, Bokaro district, organized a seminar in Sector 2A focusing on the theme of “Hatred in Today’s Era and Its Impact on Society.” The event featured young poet and critic Dr. Achyutanand Mishra as the chief speaker.

Dr. Mishra described hatred as a powerful and destructive emotion, often fueled by misinformation and negative portrayals spread through media channels. He expressed concern over the media’s role in promoting divisive and misleading news that exacerbates societal tensions.

The seminar was presided over by Gopal Prasad and conducted by Kumar Satendra. Several senior litterateurs, including Prahlad Chandra Das, Omraj Agyani, RP Burma, and storyteller Lalan Tiwari, shared their perspectives on the issue. Renowned poets Shanti Bharat, Pradeep Kumar Deepak, Shyam Sundar Kewat, Vikrant Kumar, Ramanand Singh, and Ajay Yatish also attended the event, contributing to a rich discussion on the need to combat hatred for a healthier society.
