Gurugram: Policybazaar has been selected as an official project partner by Harvard Business School (HBS) for its prestigious FIELD Global Capstone course, joining a select group of 156 leading organizations across 14 countries and cities.
As part of this collaboration, Policybazaar hosted a team of HBS students in Delhi NCR for a week-long immersive engagement.
This partnership underscores Policybazaar’s growing global recognition and its commitment to innovation, customer-centric strategies, and shaping the future of digital financial services. During their visit, the HBS students engaged closely with Policybazaar’s leadership and operations teams, gaining a firsthand perspective on India’s dynamic fintech landscape.
The students also had the opportunity to interact with Yashish Dahiya, Chairman & Group CEO of PB Fintech, who shared the company’s journey—from its founding vision and early challenges to major milestones in scaling the business.
“Collaborating with Harvard Business School reinforces our dedication to innovation and excellence,” said Dahiya. “Through direct interaction with our teams, the students gained insights that go beyond traditional classroom learning and experienced the power of real-world, immersive education in India’s evolving digital ecosystem.”
The FIELD Global Capstone is designed to help students develop the skills needed to operate effectively in diverse business environments. Prior to their on-ground engagement, students worked remotely with Policybazaar for several months, researching and developing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive innovation in the Indian market.
Their final assignment: to present actionable recommendations to senior management on new product concepts, service improvements, and market strategies tailored to India’s unique financial landscape.
This immersive experience also aims to develop contextual intelligence, cross-cultural collaboration, and high-performing team dynamics—critical skills for future global leaders. Harvard Business School emphasizes that its project partners are integral to the success of this experiential learning model.
“We are extremely grateful to Policybazaar and all our FIELD Global Capstone Project Partner organizations for their incredible support,” said Professor Joe Fuller, Faculty Chair of the FIELD Global Capstone. “The students gain immeasurable value from this experience, and we hope the partner organizations benefit as well.”
