New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the results of the NEET UG 2025 medical entrance examination today. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has emerged as the All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) holder, securing a stellar 99.9999547 percentile, topping among over 22 lakh aspirants.
Following closely behind are Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh at AIR 2 with 99.9999095 percentile, and Krishang Joshi from Maharashtra, who clinched AIR 3 scoring 99.9998189 percentile.
Among female candidates, Avika Aggarwal from Delhi (NCT) stood out as the female topper, achieving AIR 5 with a percentile score of 99.9996832.

This year saw a record-breaking 22,76,069 registrations, out of which 22,09,318 candidates appeared for the exam held on May 4. A total of 12,36,531 candidates have qualified the prestigious medical entrance test.
