Jamshedpur: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, hosted the fourth edition of its flagship digital transformation conclave, ReEnvision 4.0, under the theme “The Digital Imperative: Building, Leading, and Sustaining Transformation.” The event brought together industry leaders, tech innovators, and strategists to spark meaningful discussions on the future of digital transformation in business.
The conclave opened with addresses from Dean Academics Dr. Sanjay K. Patro, Prof. Sunil Sarangi (CEO, XCEED), and Dr. Himanshu Shekhar, who stressed the urgency for organizations to remain agile and ethically aligned in an ever-evolving tech landscape. Prof. Sarangi drew attention to the relevance of the Agile and Digital Transformation Manifestos for future-ready leadership.
Three engaging panel discussions followed. The first explored how digital technologies are transforming business by aligning innovations with real user needs. Insights came from leaders like Club Mahindra CTO Vikas Srivastava and InMobi’s Raman Srinivasan, who emphasized empathy-driven design and purpose-led tech adoption.
The second panel focused on leadership in AI-driven workplaces, with speakers from Oracle, Kyndryl, HDFC Life, and ITC discussing the importance of emotional intelligence and ethical AI integration in people-centric organizations.
The final panel delved into the backbone of digital ecosystems—data centers. Experts from Adani Healthcare, NSE, Allstate India, and Genpact unpacked the critical role of cyber defense, edge computing, and compliance in sustaining digital transformation.
The conclave was coordinated by Mr. Ashish Pal and Ms. Anshu Kumari from XLRI’s Corporate Relations and Placement Office, with active involvement from student moderators and organizing committee members. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Prof. Sarangi, who encouraged attendees to convert these insights into purposeful action.
