
Mumbai: An IndiGo flight from Kuwait to Hyderabad was forced to make an emergency landing in Mumbai on Tuesday after a bomb threat was issued mid-flight, according to ANI. The aircraft was immediately taken to a secure isolation bay as security agencies began a full-scale inspection.
Authorities acted after Hyderabad airport received a detailed warning email, which officials reportedly deemed credible, as per News18. The pilot was instructed to divert the plane to Mumbai, where emergency protocols were instantly activated.

Threat Came After Takeoff
Shortly after the aircraft departed Kuwait, Hyderabad authorities received an email claiming a “human bomb” was on board. In response, the flight was rerouted to Mumbai as a precautionary measure.
