BSL ‘Story’ Meet: Officers Share Ideas, Management Sets Growth Pitch

Bokaro: Officers of Bokaro Steel Plant on Thursday took part in an interactive engagement titled ‘Story’, aimed at strengthening dialogue between the workforce and the plant’s top leadership.

Held at the Main Auditorium of the Learning and Development Department under BSL’s Human Resources wing, the programme brought together senior management and officers to share experiences, achievements and future roadmaps across key operational areas.

The interaction was led by Director In-Charge Priya Ranjan, alongside Executive Director (HR) Rajshree Banerjee, Executive Director (Mines) Vikas Manwati, Executive Director (Materials Management) C.R. Mishra, and Executive Director (Medical & Health Services) B.B. Karunamay, among other senior officials.

The programme opened with a welcome address by Chief General Manager (Learning and Development) Neeta Ba, followed by the administration of the safety pledge to employees by the Director In-Charge.

During the session, participating officers presented their professional journeys, operational milestones and forward-looking plans, offering management a ground-level view of progress and challenges.

Addressing the gathering, Priya Ranjan called upon officers to drive the plant’s growth through innovation, positivity and unwavering commitment. “Collective dedication and fresh thinking are essential to take Bokaro Steel Plant to new heights,” he said. Other executive directors echoed the message, urging officers to play a proactive role in the plant’s future trajectory.

The ‘Story’ interaction initiative is part of BSL’s ongoing efforts to foster open communication, leadership connect and shared ownership of organisational goals.
