Saurabh’s yoga journey began at the age of 19, when he practised with his engineering juniors. After graduating in 2014, he immersed himself deeper into yoga, teaching and volunteering across India. His defining moment came during the 2020 lockdown, when he began offering free online yoga classes that rapidly gained popularity.
Today, Saurabh leads Habuild with a team of over 300 professionals. Together, they have achieved six world records, including one for the largest virtual yoga class with 7.5 lakh participants. His philosophy centres on habit formation, simplicity, and inclusivity—featuring beginner-friendly asanas, flexible schedules, and even free physiotherapy sessions. Notably, honest feedback from his mother played a key role in shaping his teaching style, making yoga more approachable for women over 40.
The global yoga community celebrates this landmark achievement and eagerly looks forward to Saurabh Bothra’s future endeavours in spreading the message of yoga and wellness worldwide. Congratulations once again to Saurabh Bothra and the entire Habuild family on this truly inspiring accomplishment.
