Pakistan’s chase never truly took off. The Bumrah-led Indian pace attack struck early and often, reducing their arch-rivals to a precarious 38/4 by the end of the powerplay. From there, India maintained a vice-like grip on the contest, combining tight lines with sharp fielding to choke Pakistan’s scoring options.
Despite brief resistance from the lower order, Pakistan were eventually bundled out for just 114, falling well short of the target. The comprehensive victory underlined India’s bowling depth and big-match temperament.
