Gomia: Pitts Modern School, Gomia is celebrating a moment of immense pride as three of its alumni—Rajesh Kumar, Deepak Kumar Barnwal, and Suraj Kumar Rajak—have successfully cracked the JPSC Administrative Services Examination 2025, bringing glory to their alma mater and the entire region.
Rajesh Kumar, from the 2006 batch, secured an impressive 20th rank in his very first attempt after leaving a decade-long career at HSBC Bank to follow his passion for public service. Hailing from Pansari Tola, Gomia, Rajesh’s journey is a story of focus, discipline, and a deep sense of purpose.
Deepak Kumar Barnwal, a 2018 alumnus, bagged the 69th rank. Initially engaged in his family business, Deepak redirected his energies towards civil service preparation and cracked the exam in his maiden attempt. A resident of Gurudwara Road, his achievement underlines the power of determination and goal-oriented effort.
Suraj Kumar Rajak, from the 2004 batch, achieved 256th rank after five relentless attempts and four interview rounds. His unwavering commitment also earned him selection as a Revenue Inspector. Suraj’s perseverance stands as a powerful example of never giving up.
Principal Brijmohan Lal Das hailed their success as a reflection of the school’s commitment to nurturing ambition and academic excellence. “These young achievers are torchbearers of our legacy. Their journey will inspire generations of students,” he said.
