Ranchi: Sanjeev Kumar, a physical education teacher at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro becomes the coordinator of Jharkhand State for the development of basketball game. Ravi Shankar Pandit the Assistant Director of School Sports Promotion Foundation (SSPF) issued a letter to Kumar stating appointed as state coordinator.
SSPF along with Sports Authority of India and the Department of Youth and Sports and HRD are looking for the talent in the country for the development of sports in various categories including basketball, athletics, volleyball, football and cricket, informed Kumar.
Swamin Sayunktananda the Acharya of Chinmaya Mission Bokaro, President Vishwaroop Mukhopadhyay, Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, Principal of the school Dr. Ashok Singh, Deputy Principal Ashok Kumar Jha including others were congratulated Kumar and wished him for all success.
