Everyone needs to be alert to deal with disaster: Subodh Gupta

Chandrapura: Aiming to deal with any kind of disaster a ‘mock drill’ was organised at CTPS Chandrapura on Friday. In association with the NDRF team, CISF Fire Squad demonstrated the efforts being made to tackle the disaster.

Speaking on occasion Chief Engineer and Head of the Project CTPS, Subodh Kumar Gupta said, disaster is a sudden occurrence it does not comes by giving prior information. “We always have to be alert to deal with it. It is the responsibility of the group to take full care of the security so that disaster does not occur,” he added.

Praising the work, action and success of the disaster management team, the fire brigade of the CISF and security officers of DVC Gupta said, “we all need to be prepared to deal with the disaster.”

Beside others Deputy Chief Engineer Subhash Singh, Madhu Kant Jha, PP Shah, Deputy General Manager Abhay Srivastava, Sanjay Singh, Sushil Mishra, NDRF Deputy Commandment Hari Charan Singh, Assistant Commandant Vinay Kumar Singh, Deputy Director Tariq Saeed, Anil Kumar Singh, Chief Security Officer Anil Kumar Singh,  Ashok Kumar Choubey DVC employees and personnel of the NDRF’s 9th Battalion were present there.
