Promotion of DVC employees to B4 is a top priority: Chairman

RNS: DVC Chairman Ram Naresh Singh has assured that promotion of DVC employees from B3 to B4 has been given high priority and promotion will be given soon, informed Tapan Kumar Das Secretary, DVC Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh

A delegation of the Sangh including Poonam Pandey, Satyendra Narayan Singh, Sanjeev Kumar and other members of DVC Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh, recently submitted a memorandum to the Chairman demanding promotion of employees from B3 to B4 should be given priority.

The Chairman agreed with our demand and said that the matter has been accorded high priority, informed Das.

In a bid to reduce the financial burden, the union has asked to appoint private security guards in DVC, giving GPF in place of NPS to the personnel appointed in the notification of the year 2002, and the personnel working in PG scale, he said.

“Besides confirming the employees in the Group A M1 (without delay), we have also demanded to make new appointments in place of the largely retiring employees in DVC,” he added.

The Chairman said that the DVC Management has sent the file of new appointment to the Ministry for approval, soon after the approval, new appointments will be made in DVC.

The Chairman also said to the delegation of the union that he has directed the Executive Director of Human Resources Department, Rakesh Ranjan, to expedite the old pending demands, said Das.
