Bokaro: ESL Steel Limited (ESL) has bagged two awards in ‘2nd Edition CHRO Vision & Innovation Awards 2022’ organized by Transformance Forums wherein Khirod Kumar Barik (Dy. CHRO, ESL) was declared as the winner for ‘CHRO Inclusion Vision Award’ and ESL was recognized with ‘HR Excellence in Change Management’.
The awards had a strong jury panel which includes Sushil Joshi (Former CHRO, Adani Airports), Captain Raghu Raman (Founding CEO NATGRID, Ex-President Reliance Industries, Distinguished Fellow ORF & Author) and Dr. Ankita Singh (Senior Vice President & Global Head HR, CIGNEX).
The event was conducted to define and evolve leadership vision for the 2022 growth agenda and Implement innovations to supercharge the digital transformation so as to gain practical insights on new trends and ideas to propel the organization towards the 2022 growth agenda.
