DPS Chas holds a ‘Farewell Ceremony’ for Class 12th students

RNS: “Every new beginning emerges from the conclusion of some other beginning.” DPC Chas arranged the event in order to bid a vibrant and joyous farewell to their seniors of Class XII (2022-23) students; holds prayer for the prosperous future of the students of DPS.

The farewell ceremony commenced with honoring the Chief Guest, Dr. Hemlata S Mohan, by offering a sapling and a card. The Officiating Principal, Deepali Bhuskute of DPS Chas, Bokaro also graced the occasion along with teachers and students.

The function unveiled a series of programs. The students of class XI showcased amazing performances of mashup songs and dances on the tracks of friendship, which reminisced the unsaid moments of the departing batch.  What stole the limelight was the event ‘Titles 2023’.

Nominees walked confidently showing beauty and grace, popping up the mood of everyone present. Hemant Kumar and Aaastha Pathak were bestowed with the title of Mr & Ms DPS, Chas; Vivek Kumar and Khushi Kumari were given the titles of Mr and Ms Versatile respectively. The title Mr and Ms Popular was conferred upon Yashwant Rao and Sherya Prakash while the title of Mr and Ms Style Icon was given to Harshit Bagaria and Aashi Saraf.

On this occasion, Dr. Hemlata S Mohan wished the students all the best for their examination and said that success could be achieved only through continuous effort, hard work, and self-discipline. She also gave a message to the students to have a sense of gratitude, respect and duty towards their fellow mate. She inspired the students to give their best in the examination with patience, dedication and hard work.

The Officiating Principal in her inspirational address asked the students to stay motivated and strive hard for the best. She stated that those who believe in the alignment of the stars and suggested not to wait, just reach up and rearrange them the way they want.

Suresh Agarwal, Secretary D S Memorial of DPS Chas, Bokaro extended his best wishes. The program fetched a mixed reaction of joy and sadness. Head Boy Shaksham Jha proposed the vote of thanks.
