Bokaro Glows in Tricolor: Music and March Ignite National Pride

Bokaro: A vibrant evening of patriotic songs and cultural expression was held on Tuesday at the SNA Chhau Center in Chandankiyari, despite heavy rainfall. The event began with a spirited Tiranga Yatra (tricolor march), in which both artists and local residents participated with great enthusiasm, celebrating unity under the theme “One Nation, One Heartbeat.”
The cultural program was inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by former Jharkhand minister Amar Kumar Bauri, Chhau Center coordinator Dr. Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary, and renowned musician Pandit Bachchan Maharaj.
Bauri praised the recent success of Operation Sindoor, calling it a proud moment for the nation.
The evening featured stirring musical performances led by Pandit Bachchan Maharaj and his team. Singer Umesh Kumar Jha opened with Ganesh Vandana and followed up with the patriotic number Humko Hai Abhimaan Desh Ka. Krishna Tulsi’s emotional rendition of Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon earned loud applause. Accompaniment on tabla and dholak by Raju and Vishwanath Goswami added to the ambiance.
Directed by Dr. Chaudhary, the event was supported by Dilip Jena, Ashutosh Kumar, and Vijay Kumar, whose efforts contributed to the program’s success.
