Bokaro: The Chitragupta Mahaparivar of Bokaro District organized the Chitransh Mahasammelan 2026, drawing wide participation from Kayastha community members across Jharkhand.
Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay and former MLA Abhay Kant Prasad attended as chief guests, alongside senior representatives including Rajiv Ranjan. Delegations from Giridih, Dhanbad, Koderma, Simdega, Ranchi, Hazaribagh, and Ramgarh joined the gathering, along with 28 affiliated committees from Bokaro’s coal and iron-ore belt.
Addressing the event, Sahay stressed the need for unity within the Kayastha community across political and social platforms. He urged members to rise above organizational differences and present a united front during state and district-level engagements to strengthen collective influence.
Priya Ranjan, Director-in-Charge of Bokaro Steel Plant, also attended and praised the initiative.
The event featured cultural performances by children from Bokaro Sangeet Kala Academy, including patriotic songs, Shiv Tandav, and a welcome presentation.
Organizers credited the success of the program to the contributions of several members, including Bhaiya Pritam, Raj Srivastava, Sudeep Sinha, Sanjay Sinha (Bermo), and others, with key coordination roles played by Raman Sinha, Anal Kumar, and K.P. Sinha.
Participants collectively resolved to continue such initiatives, focusing on community development and key social issues like the Beti Bachao campaign and girls’ education.
