Agarwal said the fresh political mandate would accelerate infrastructure expansion, industrial development, job creation and poverty reduction across the region. He also highlighted the growing role of women in driving economic and social transformation in eastern India.
Praising Modi’s leadership over the past 12 years, Agarwal said reforms such as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), rapid infrastructure growth and policies promoting entrepreneurship have strengthened global confidence in India.
He further asserted that East India would play a decisive role in transforming the country into a global economic and manufacturing powerhouse.
“Just as the sun rises in the East, India’s rise as a global superpower will also begin from the East,” Agarwal wrote.
The industrialist added that India’s young population, abundant resources and stable leadership provide a strong foundation for long-term growth and development.
