RNS: Aarush Jha, won silver medal in the Delhi State ITF Taekwondo Championship. He won the medal in boys singles competition under 10-13 age group (45-50 kg) held at Laxman Public School, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
Around 700 children from 25 clubs participated in the championship under different categories. Aarush was a participant from JMD Club.
Aarush is a class VIII student of Kulachi Hansraj Model School, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. His father, Ajay Kumar Jha, is a plant head in a private manufacturing company, mother, Dr. Anju Jha, is working as a spokesperson (Hindi) in the Delhi Directorate of Education.
Aarush maternal grandmother, maternal grandfather Kamal Kant Pathak, maternal uncle Arun Pathak and Awadhesh Pathak expressed happiness over his success, congratulated him, and wished him a bright future.
