DPS Bokaro’s Cultural Week Culminates with Mesmerizing Performances

Bokaro : The Primary Wing of DPS Bokaro wrapped up its highly anticipated Cultural Week with dazzling dance performances, leaving spectators awestruck.

The week began with the Interhouse Group Tabla Competition, focusing on the Jhap Taal & Teen Taal themes. Young tabla enthusiasts showcased their rhythmic brilliance, captivating the audience with intricate beats.

Day 2 witnessed the Interhouse Group Song Competition, where each house delivered motivational performances, igniting the audience’s enthusiasm. The budding vocalists not only exhibited their singing prowess but also their teamwork.

Day 3 featured the Interhouse Skit Competition, blending drama with impactful social messages. The innovative and creative performances left a lasting impression on everyone.

The grand finale was the Interhouse Dance Competition, held under the theme “Elements of Nature.” The stage came alive with vivacious dancers translating the nuances of nature into captivating performances. Shimmering costumes and talented performers created a festive atmosphere. Mrs. Priti Sharan, Vice President of Mahila Samiti, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and praised the performers for their flair and co ordination.

Dr. A.S. Gangwar, Principal, DPS Bokaro commended the hard work of participants, tutors, and House Wardens, describing the performances as “a feast for the eyes.” The event beautifully captured the essence of dance as a form of expression.

Raavi and Jhelum Houses shared the first position, closely followed by Ganga and Jamuna in second place, with Sutlej and Chenab securing the third position, adding to the excitement of the day.
