Jharkhand Govt. Offers Free Coaching, Rs 2,500 Stipend for Competitive Exam Aspirants

Ranchi: The Jharkhand government has introduced a significant initiative aimed at supporting students preparing for national-level competitive examinations.

Under the Mukhyamantri Shiksha Protsahan Yojana, eligible local students of Jharkhand will receive free coaching along with a monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,500. This step is part of the government’s effort to build a brighter future for the state’s youth.

The scheme is being implemented by the Department of Higher and Technical Education and is designed to benefit meritorious students who are aspiring to crack exams like JEE, NEET, CLAT, NIFT-CET, and NCHMCT. To be eligible, students must be permanent residents of Jharkhand, must have passed their Class 10 from a recognized institution, and their family’s annual income should be less than ₹8 lakh.

Students interested in availing the benefits of this scheme can apply through the official website of the Mukhyamantri Shiksha Protsahan Yojana. During registration, applicants are required to enter their name, mobile number, and email ID, which will be verified through OTP. After verification, they must complete the application form and upload the necessary documents, including a passport-sized photo, digital signature, Aadhaar card, 10th mark sheet, residence certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, and ration card.

Through this scheme, the Jharkhand government aims not only to enhance the educational capabilities of students but also to ease their financial burden, giving them a fair chance to compete in prestigious national exams.
