RNS: DPS Chas scripted new history in 3 Olympiads winning 109 medals which included 72 gold, 20 silver and 17 bronze medals.
These medals were won in the nationally acclaimed Silver Zone Olympiad, Hummingbird Olympiad and Mathematics Olympiads.
All the medal winners were honoured today in a special Assembly conducted at the school campus where the officiating principal Deepali Bhuskute handed over the awards along with certificates.
Daksheh Goswami of class V won 8 gold and 1 bronze medal. In the Silver Zone English Olympiad, 6 students won gold while 5 students won silver and bronze medals each. In the Silver Zone Science Olympiad, a total of 16 students participated of which 6 won gold, 5 Silver and 4 bronze medals each.
In the Computer Olympiad 3 students won gold, 5 won Silver and 4 students got bronze. Congratulating the medal winners Dr Hemlata S. Mohan stated that hard labour always reaps rich dividends which have been showcased seeing the Olympiad results.
DPS Chas always believes in grooming each student. “These awards are a testament to the achievements of all winners,” said Dr Mohan.
