Patna: Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and prominent BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi passed away at the age of 72 on Monday. His death comes after he announced in April that he would not contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections due to cancer.
Tomorrow, May 14, the body of the former Rajya Sabha MP will be taken to his residence in Rajendra Nagar, Patna, for final rites.
Bihar Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with other BJP leaders, expressed their condolences to Sushil Kumar Modi’s family.
