Two DPS Bokaro Teachers Receive Prestigious Gargi Manju Award

Bokaro: Dr. Sarita Gangwar, Headmistress of Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro, and senior Primary Wing teacher Piya Rani Sen have been recognized for their exemplary contributions to education by receiving the esteemed Gargi Manju Teacher Award 2024. The awards were presented during a state-level ceremony at Tender Heart School in Ranchi.

The event, attended by notable figures including Jharkhand’s Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan, Inspector General of Police for South Chotanagpur Akhilesh Kumar Jha, former Vice Chancellor of Central University B.P. Sinha, and Chairman of Tender Heart School Sudhir Tiwari, honored approximately 225 teachers from 110 schools across Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, and West Bengal.

In addition to the accolades, awardees received a cash prize of Rs 11,000, a memento, a certificate of appreciation, and a medal.

Dr. A.S. Gangwar, Principal of DPS Bokaro, expressed his pride in the achievements of Dr. Gangwar and Sen, congratulating them on their recognition. He encouraged them to continue their dedication to providing quality education and shaping future generations.
