Dhanbad: A free training program on modern photography techniques was organized by the Dhanbad District Photographers Association (DDPA) and Rainbow Colour Lab in collaboration with Fuji Film at Celebration, Govindpur. The event focused on cinematic storytelling, advanced photography and videography techniques, and editing tips.
Over 120 photographers from various regions, including Dhanbad, Hirapur, and Jharia, participated in the training, inaugurated with floral tributes to the distinguished guests.
Key speakers included Fuji Film experts Gautam Baria and Sayantan Das, along with industry leaders such as Samojit Shaha, Krishna Yadav, and representatives from the Asansol Photographers Association.
Fuji Film’s mentor, Gautam Baria, highlighted the purpose of the workshop: to enhance the skills of photographers through the use of Fuji Film’s advanced camera technology and the latest cinematic editing techniques. Participants were also introduced to a new Fuji Film camera and its features, along with guidance on overcoming common challenges in the field.
The event was made successful with the support of DDPA officials, including President Bula Chandra, Secretary Munna Singh, and Treasurer Kumar Vishwas, among others.
