DPS Bokaro Shines in JEE Main-2 Results; Aarush Banerjee Tops with 99.76 Percentile

Bokaro: Students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro have once again delivered an outstanding performance in the JEE Main-2 (2025) examination, with Aarush Banerjee emerging as the school topper by securing a stellar 99.76 percentile. The results of the prestigious national-level engineering entrance exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), were declared on Saturday.

A total of more than 55 students from the school have qualified for the upcoming JEE Advanced, scheduled for May 18, 2025.

Following Aarush, Prince Kumar Pandey secured the second position in the school with a 99.65 percentile, while Abhay Shankar Singh stood third with 99.35 percentile. Other high scorers from DPS Bokaro include Syed Ashadullah (99.33), Ujjwal Singh (99.20), Apoorv Jha (98.99), Akshit (98.86), Aakarsh Dubey (98.85), and several others who secured scores above the 97 percentile mark.

The school’s principal, Dr. A.S. Gangwar, lauded the efforts of the students and faculty, expressing immense pride in their achievements. “This result is a reflection of our students’ hard work and dedication. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all qualifiers and wish them the very best for JEE Advanced,” he said.

The JEE Main 2025 examination was held in two sessions — from January 22 to 31, and April 2 to 9. A total of 3,030 candidates appeared across two examination centres in Bokaro during the second session.

Registration for JEE Advanced 2025 will begin on April 23, with the last date to apply being May 2.
