“Abhi Picture Baki Hai…”

*India Strikes Terror Camps in PoK, More Action Possible, Says Ex-Army Chief*

New Delhi: In a bold pre-dawn counter-terror operation named ‘Operation Sindoor’, the Indian Armed Forces carried out precision strikes across Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Pakistan, targeting 21 terror-linked sites. The mission, completed in just 25 minutes, involved coordinated strikes by the Army, Navy, and Air Force, marking a rare show of tri-service synergy.

Former Army Chief General Manoj Naravane commented (on social media platform X) on the operation with the cryptic phrase “Abhi Picture Baki Hai,” hinting that further action could follow if Pakistan escalates by targeting Indian military assets.

Key targets included known terror hubs in Muridke, Bahawalpur, Balakot, Kotli, and Chelabandi, widely believed to shelter training and launch facilities of groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba. The strikes reportedly killed two top LeT commanders and ten family members of UN-designated terrorist Masood Azhar, including his sister and brother-in-law—a claim corroborated by a statement circulating on social media attributed to Azhar.

At a joint press briefing, Colonel Sofia Qureshi and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh clarified that no Pakistani military or civilian sites were targeted, highlighting India’s measured and restrained approach to the strikes.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif condemned the operation, branding it an “act of war” and vowed a “befitting response,” raising concerns over rising tensions between the two nations.
