DPS Chas students presents Krishna Leela on Janmastmi Eve

RNS: A captivating enactment of Shree Krishna Leela unfolded at DPS Chas as primary students graced the occasion with their vibrant performance on the eve of Janmashtami. The event took place on Monday, drawing Naveen Sharma, Director of DPS Chas, and the school’s Principal, who were present to celebrate the joyous occasion. The students, bedecked in colorful costumes resembling Radha and Krishna, left the audience spellbound with their traditional charm.

The resplendent performance included a graceful song and dance depicting the tales of Lord Krishna. The atmosphere was infused with a divine aura as the students’ impeccable presentation resonated with the spirit of the occasion.

In a message, Dr Hemlata S Mohan, Chief Mentor of DPS Chas, conveyed her heartfelt blessings on the holy occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami. She invoked the essence of Lord Krishna’s teachings, wishing for His blessings to be with everyone, illuminating hearts and homes with happiness, peace, and prosperity.

Addressing the students, the officiating Principal, Deepali Bhuskute, encouraged them to embrace the qualities of Lord Krishna and serve as role models in their lives. Janmashtami, she noted, serves as an inspiration to tread the path of truth and righteousness.

Dean Academics, Jose Thomas, and DS Memorial Society Secretary, Suresh Agarwal, extended their heartfelt wishes to the students and their families, commemorating the joyous occasion of Janmashtami.

As the celebration unfolded, the students’ performance not only showcased their talents but also evoked the teachings and virtues embodied by Lord Krishna.
